Telefonica and Educaline promote internet use and digital content in schools of Peru

The Spanish companies, Telefonica and Educaline, participated in the implementation of Fiber Optic and Educational Content in Peru, to change the education system and promote the use of Internet and digital content in the classroom.

These are some objectives of the implementation of National Dorsal Optic Fiber  Network, of the town of Huancavelica, which was recently inaugurated by President of Peru, Ollanta Humala.

In an Educaline Press release, it points out that thanks to the Optical Fiber, Telefonica takes the first step to facilitate access to telehealth services, besides educational content from Educaline, multinational-digital publisher for academic training.

Educaline’s president, Miguel Angel Temprano, has pointed during this event, the efforts that they are being made in Peru, to becoming an educational content provider.

“The optic fiber network, and the fact that the president made the opening in a city which already is working with our content, confirms the trust in our training offer, where 300,000 Peruvian students are already using our content,” he explained.
