Phase I

The project partnership will constitute a Project Working Group, which will comprise staff & learners.
A peer to peer environment will be established and active participation of the learners is expected and stimulated.

The learners will be involved in:

• self-evaluation and evaluation of mechanisms.
• the transnational meetings.

The learners will communicate their information, ideas and memories to learners in partner countries using the digital tools foreseen in the project.

Phase II

A basic IT course to provide learners with the knowledge and skills necessary for the E-learning process and a basic English course will be delivered. In order to promote social inclusion it will use a digital platform “Open Source”; in this way it will be possible to organize virtual meetings among the adult learners in order to share experiences, memories, cultural information etc… (E-FORUM). Moreover, it will create:

• a CD-Rom for exercises, homework and summary of the project activities;
• an E-Diary where each learner can write personal impact about ICT, life experiences, etc…

The project will promote not only IT competencies, but also intercultural education through the digital project products (platform “Open Source”, E-forum, E-Diary, CD-Rom); this will encourage mutual understanding, respect and it will promote the European dimension.

Phase III
The final phase of the project will concentrate on refining and evaluating the training package and the finalisation of accreditation possibilities.
